We couldn’t let this milestone pass without shining a light on Kelly Smale, our Occupational Therapy Practice Leader here at Novus Rehab.

For the past 10 years, Kelly has been an incredible part of our team — continuing to provide direct service to some of our most complex clients while also leading and supporting our team of OTs.

She mentors, advises, encourages and challenges her team every day, helping to grow a highly skilled group of compassionate OTs who are committed to making a difference for the clients they serve.

And behind the scenes, Kelly is also a trusted sounding board and integral right hand to our Director, Cheryl Heard.

Kelly, thank you for the knowledge, leadership, compassion and care you bring to Novus every day. We’re so grateful for all that you do and for the impact you’ve had over the past 10 years.
