Friday October 2nd is our FIRST Pizza day of the year. Next week and every Thursday after will be our regular pizza days.

All pizza is pre ordered the month before, for the entire month and cannot be purchased the day or week of.

Thank you for all who have ordered. These hot lunches are not just pizza, they are an opportunity for parents to have a hot lunch, and the money is a fundraiser to go back into our students at school.

Last year we were able to put approximately $26,000 back into our school for helping to reduce trip and bussing fees, buying sports equipment, music repairs and equipment, other technology, smart boards amongst many other things!

$26,000 is no small chunk of change. And without fundraising initiatives our volunteers help us do, we would be lacking with budget cuts.

Thank you to everyone involved in making our school a better place for our children!

Hi, Diana here 👋
From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU to a generous (repeat) donor! 💙💛

Our Southwold community continues to amaze us, and we are incredibly grateful for the generosity of the families and local businesses who support our school.

With ongoing budget cuts and increasing needs, donations from our community make a meaningful difference. These contributions help us provide things that benefit our students and staff, fill gaps where funding may fall short, and help ensure our school community continues to have access to the resources and experiences they need.

Whether it’s a monetary donation, a contribution of supplies, or giving your time, every bit of support makes a difference. We truly could not do it without you!

Would you like to support Southwold? If you are in a position to give, whether now or throughout the school year, I would love to connect with you and explore ways you can contribute.

To every family, business, and community partner who has supported us, please know how much we appreciate you. Your generosity does not go unnoticed, and it directly benefits the kids and staff who make Southwold so special.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Diana, on behalf of our Southwold Home & School Association 💙💛

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped make tonight such a wonderful evening at Southwold! 💛💙

To our Southwold Home & School Association volunteers, Parent Council, Student Volunteers, Southwold staff, community partners, and all the families who came out, we appreciate each and every one of you!

It takes a whole community to make these events happen, and we are so grateful for the time, support, generosity, and enthusiasm you bring to our school.

We hope you enjoyed your evening, had a chance to connect, and left with a little more Cougar Pride! 🐾

Thank you for being part of what makes Southwold such a special community. We are better together! 💛

🧡 National Day for Truth and Reconciliation | September 30

Today at Southwold, and around our country we wear orange to show our support, remember the children and families impacted by residential schools, and honour the survivors.

If you’re not sure about the story behind this, please take time to educate yourselves, your children and your families. This is a big part of our responsibility to work towards a better tomorrow, together.
🥹🤗🧡

🧡 Wear orange.
🧡 Listen.
🧡 Learn.
🧡 Remember.

Every child matters. 🧡
