I did a number of one-on-one sessions with Donna and found them all to be so valuable! Her approach is thoughtful and she is able to build on various themes and work with you to create a roadmap for growth.
Her teaching and training on Polyvagal theory changed my approach to stressful situations and gave me a framework that is still helping me better understand my body and mind. In fact, I have a Post-It note with two key phrases from our sessions that I look at daily as a reminder of the way I want to live.
I also completed the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment with Donna and found it to be a very useful resource personally and professionally.
Donna is a gifted listener and she has the ability to reflect thoughts and feelings back to you in a clear and affirming way. She takes her work seriously and has a wealth of knowledge and experience that qualifies her to help people make healthy changes in life and pursue personal or professional goals. I highly recommend working with Donna!
