Back to School Means Back to Sleep! 🏫😴

As we get ready for a new school year, now is a great time to help children and teens get back into healthy sleep routines.

Regular, high quality sleep supports learning, mood, growth and overall well-being. Children ages 5 to 13 should aim for 9 to 11 hours of sleep each night, while youth ages 14 to 17 should aim for 8 to 10 hours.

Check out the tips below to help make the transition back to school a little smoother.

École St. Paul Elementary School is looking for an Educational Assistant to join their team.

The successful applicant will support student learning and personal growth, including social/emotional and personal/medical health care needs, while working both independently and as part of the educational team.

Experience working with children or individuals with exceptional needs is an asset, as is the ability to speak French.

Monday, August 31, 2026, is the first day of school for Grades 1-5, and Kindergarten will start on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

It’s August, and while there’s still lots of summer left to enjoy, the first day of school will be here before we know it!

Such a beautiful afternoon celebrating our End of the Year liturgy together! It was the perfect opportunity to pause, give thanks for all the blessings of this past school year, and look forward to the summer ahead.
