We are getting ready to run the Healthcare Aide Program in January 2024. This program will blend Indigenous thought and ways of being into the traditional Health Care Aide curriculum.
Health Care Aides are frontline workers providing basic health services and daily living activities service directly to the client.
This program will teach you how to communicate and work effectively with the healthcare team, clients, and family. This program will support you in providing care and an understanding of the function of the human body in relation to holistic, ethical, safe patient care in various life stages.
