I went from green to red. I lost my medical. But kept my position.
First, awareness. Then, slowly transforming pilot culture to normalize and value healthy self-care practices- meditation, prayer, retreats, coaching, nature baths, peer support, alternative approaches... Whatever resonates with you!
I now strive to serve my fellow brothers and sisters who drift to yellow or orange to swiftly get back in the green. Via coaching. And sharing. And listening. At www.ucoaching.art
