This week, our ceramics students explored the science behind glaze chemistry, practiced different glazing applications and techniques, and spent more time developing their skills on the pottery wheel!

There is something so rewarding about watching students grow in confidence, refine their techniques, and see their skills develop week after week.

So proud of the creativity, effort, and growth happening in the ceramics classroom! Keep creating, experimenting, and getting your hands dirty! 🙌👐🎨

🧡🍂 Rolling into the long weekend with hearts full of gratitude! 🍂🧡

This Thanksgiving weekend, we had the wonderful opportunity to fill our halls with reminders of all the things we are grateful for. From the big things to the little moments, our Seabee community has so much to be thankful for! 💛💚

Taking a moment to reflect on what matters most reminds us just how special our school community truly is. We are grateful for our students, our staff, our families, and all the people who make Simonds such a special place to learn, grow, and belong.

Wishing all of our Seabees and their families a safe, happy, and gratitude-filled Thanksgiving long weekend! 🐝

Happy Thanksgiving from our Seabee family to yours!

Today was another wonderful day of collaboration, learning from one another, and making meaningful progress during independent work time. We continue to grow together, share ideas, strengthen our practice, and create opportunities to learn from each other.

It’s amazing what we can accomplish when we make time to connect, collaborate, and focus on what matters most — student learning and success!

Another day of learning, growing, and being Seabees! 🐝💚💛
