A reminder that schools are closed tomorrow for the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. 🧡 During this week, students are learning about reconciliation, Indigenous experiences, and meaningful ways to observe the day.
By learning from Wabanaki knowledges, cultures, and histories, we are committed to strengthening our understanding, empathy, and respect. 🫶

Bayview is now a cashless school.

For safety and convenience reasons, our schools use 💳School Cash Online💻 to collect payment for things such as school items, activities, and student fees. Instead of sending cash to school, School Cash Online gives families a way to pay online. Find out more about setting up your account here: https://asds.nbed.ca/about/cashless-schools/

Kids learn better with full bellies! This year, every student will have access to a healthy, affordable pay-what-you-can lunch program in their school. Lunches will cost just $4 for students in grades K-8 and $5 for high school students. Extra support is available for families who need it.

Schools will be sending all families information packages specific to their lunch programs in a few weeks.
