🌸 Spring is here… but that doesn’t mean the mess is gone! 🌧️❄️

As the weather warms up, we’re heading into one of the messiest times of the year — melting snow, mud, puddles, and everything in between!

Please make sure your child comes prepared each day with:
🧥 Splash gear (rain jacket & pants)
🥾 Waterproof boots
🧤 Winter gear (we’re still seeing chilly days!)
👕 Lots of extra clothes

We love getting outside and exploring, and being properly dressed helps us stay comfortable, safe, and ready for all the muddy fun!

Today, the preschoolers worked really hard to free their cars from the giant icicle that Elsa made. They learned about a variety of tools and which ones worked best to smash the ice. We may have a couple of carpenters in the future.

Our Twos are really loving making their own ice cream shop. Exploring colors and numbers through play is a great way to Learn. Also, you can have your ice cream in a cone or a dish😁.

Our twos are exploring texture:
They're discovering how soft, hard, scratchy, and fluffy objects are. This can help with the development of our tactile senses.

Anyone want some fresh-squeezed lemonade?
Our afterschoolers are hard at work trying to make the best recipe for a summer lemonade stand.
While they work through this, they are learning to be entrepreneurs, graphic designers, chefs, and scientists who knew lemonade can teach you so many careers.
