We are pleased to introduce Abbey Kaeys to join us as an additional reader for our reading, just 1 week away! 📚

Abbey is currently a student at the Marilyn I. Walker School of Performing Arts and is joining us for the first time. Abbey's background of working with the theatre community including those at the Shaw Festival, on campus as an arts Ambassador and Councilor in various roles make her a great set of eyes to have on our new work. 🎭

We are just one week away! We can't wait :)

Get ready! As our reading date approaches, say hello to cast member #3, Matthew Lazaris-Brunner, a new face on the Little Bird Team!

From the Niagara Region, Matthew is a grad who is known for his work in stage and film combat. He has worked with several companies in the GTA including with the Foster Festival and is expanding his artistic leadership with opportunities through Hamilton Fringe.

We look forward to having Matthew join us on February 8th. 🥋🥊🤺

We could not be more thrilled than to have the wonderful back with us for our next project. We had the pleasure of working with Jessica in last year's Charon at but her credits go far beyond us including her current work with 🎪.

Jessica's scriptural insight, creativity, and kindness will make her the perfect addition for our reading.

We are proud to make our first cast announcement for the upcoming reading of Lighthouse '41!

We welcome Tom Shoshani! Tom is a Toronto based actor and TMU grad who has dabbled across multiple sectors including TV, Audiobooks, Theatre, and music. Tom's kind, outgoing demeanor can be felt very in every project he is apart of and we are thrilled to have him join us here at Little Bird 🐦.

Attention Niagara and Hamilton actors!

We are looking for a small group interested in participating in a closed reading/Workshop of our newest work "Lighthouse '41" this February at Ridley College in St. Catharines.

Individuals in attendance will be asked to provide feedback as this is a working piece looking for input. Lunch and a small honorarium will be provided day of.

We are looking for:

Female: Middle 20s (Tentatively filled)

Male: Mid 20s

Male: Mid 40s, or can play such.

Male Presenting: Early 20s, Eastern Asian, 2LGBTQIA+ preferred.
