🔥👨🍳 Culinary Class Kitchen Takeover! 👩🍳🔥
Something really exciting is happening with our culinary class… we’re taking the show on the road!
For the first time ever, our students will be doing a kitchen takeover at The 5 Kings in St. Stephen. This is a pilot project where the students get to run the show for a day from planning the menu, organizing the kitchen, and executing a full meal service just like a real restaurant team.
Basically… all the fun parts of running a restaurant (and maybe a little chaos too 😉).
This experience gives them a chance to step outside the classroom and into a real kitchen environment where they can put their skills to the test. If everything goes well, we’d love to expand this idea and partner with other restaurants in the future. But first… we’ve gotta try it!
Even better — a portion of the sales will go right back to supporting our culinary program, which means more great opportunities like this for our students.
We’re also pretty excited to spend some time in Saint Stephen, since it’s not somewhere you’d usually find NBCC popping up.
So come on down, grab a bite, and cheer on our student chefs. Your support means a lot (and the food will be pretty great too).
