‼️🍎✏️Our final Teacher/School Community Sweet Treat Drop off went to…….. Mrs.Kaplar and all the other staff at Bertha Kennedy Elementary School !! ✏️🍎‼️ Mrs.Kaplar is retiring this year after 35 years with 30 years being at Bertha Kennedy Catholic School!

I want to include a little bit of the nomination we received for her. “To myself and many, she is more than just a teacher. She’s a friend, mentor, coach and leader. Many of our newer teachers look up to her and reach out to her for support and guidance on teaching, pedagogy, best practices in math/ELAL etc, to which she always gives selflessly. Mrs. Kaplar will always have our backs and is truly a team player. She is well respected by our staff and greater school community. Her positive impact has touched many. Our staff, students and families think the world of her. She always puts others before herself and demonstrates kindness and humility in all her actions. On behalf of our school community, I hope this summarizes how wonderful of an educator and person Mrs. Kaplar is. ❤️” I couldn’t include the entire nomination but it is very clear she is loved by many!

We dropped off a 6 pack for Mrs.Kaplar to take home and 2 dozen for the teachers staff room for all the staff to enjoy! Thank you to all the amazing teachers and school for loving our kids and going above and beyond! We had so many nominations it was absolutely incredible to read! This is our final drop off for the year, we wish all the teachers and school staff an amazing summer!

Thank you to our amazing families for a delicious lunch today, it was such a wonderful treat during these busy June days! ❤️ Thank you to Ramona's Pizza St Albert, the pizza was amazing!
