Global Child Montessori

. We offer “Child Led” Montessori learning both indoors and out. Children are invited to learn through songs, games, discovery activities, problem solving and socialization. We plant the seed for learning allowing the CHILDREN to decide which direction they wish to "grow". The children are free to move around the classroom, to converse with others, work with materials they understand or to request a demonstration from the teacher. Socialization at school can be very different than that at home. Children are surrounded by like-minded, mighty learners. They learn best from each other, scaffolding new experiences from one another, and catching new *sparks* of interest from their friends. Socialization is encouraged as it is an important part of the child's unique learning path. We are pleased to announce that we will be taking part of our program OUTDOORS this year to learn more about nature in a "hands on" approach vs. guided teaching or reading a book about nature. There is so much value in learning about animals, their homes, their tracks, their behaviors, life cycles, weather, and plants when they are discovered up close and personal. We take care of your children like they were our own. Nutritious snacks are served daily in our friendly, inviting environment.
