Adventure Collegiate Dayhome We are an adventure dayhome, you will find ya climbing trees, drawing in our nature journals and lea We are a dayhome with a difference.

We believe a child should be free to explore the world around them. We provide many opportunities to grow and become adventurous, happy, confident little people. We provide your child with a fun, safe, comfortable place where they can play and learn. At Adventure Collegiate we learn through play and have a variety of toys, books and activities. We have circle time, in which we learn about the calendar, weather, musical instruments, songs. We also do many different crafts to explore different mediums. We go outside almost everyday. Laughing in the sun, dancing in the snow, walking thought puddles is part of our adventure. Each child maintains their own garden and we also belong to a community garden. We provide healthy lunches and snacks, to help little bodies grow. We follow the Canadian Food Guide. I am located in St Albert. We are an animal friendly dayhome with 2 very friendly dogs and 1 funny cat. The children thrive being around the animals and our dog never tires of playing fetch.

With grateful hearts, we welcome a new year of wonder beneath the open sky.

As the seasons begin their dance once more, we prepare to step gently into the rhythm of our days—following the whisper of the wind through the trees, the songs of the birds overhead, and the quiet lessons waiting for us in nature’s classroom.

At Adventure Collegiate Nature Dayhome, childhood is not rushed. It is treasured. Through unhurried play, meaningful work, storytelling, song, and time spent in the natural world, we nurture the whole child—head, heart, and hands.

This year, little feet will wander forest paths, collect treasures from the earth, build kingdoms from sticks and stones, tend gardens, stir soups, paint with the colours of the seasons, and listen to stories that nourish the imagination. Together we will watch the changing skies, welcome the returning birds, follow animal tracks through the snow, and celebrate the gifts each season brings.

The forest will be our teacher, the seasons our guide, and wonder our companion.

May this year be filled with muddy boots, pockets full of treasures, warm friendships, creative play, and the simple magic that lives in every leaf, puddle, feather, and flower.

Here’s to another year of growing, exploring, imagining, and belonging in the beautiful rhythm of nature. 🌿✨🍄
