Student Services staff are returning on Friday, August 22nd to begin the timetable adjustment process. The front office opens on August 20th.

Appointments for new grade 10 students and students new to the division are available on August 22nd, August 25th, and August 26th. Appointment Bookings will open Tuesday, August 12, at 8:00 am and will fill up quickly! Please note, these appointments are reserved for incoming grade 10 students & new to division students only. Grade 11 & 12’s had the opportunity to adjust their timetables in June. You will find the link to book under

If you see a “hole” in your timetable, it is because we were unable to schedule all of your course requests. It is strongly recommended that all Grade 10 and 11 students have full timetables in order to meet graduation requirements. Based on your final marks, you may need to alter the courses you are registered for. We would be happy to help you choose an alternate course. Please note, we will not be adjusting timetables based on student requests for specific teachers/friends. You will find the full details regarding the rules around timetable adjustments in the Timetables section of our website.

If you wish to simply drop a course with no other adjustments required, please email your counsellor directly. Please note, grade 10 students are required to fill their timetables.

St. Albert Public Schools is committed to learning more about the legacy of residential schools and how we can walk together on the path toward healing. We also recognize and are committed to learning more about how colonial acts and policies are still prevalent and continue to negatively impact Indigenous peoples.

Please take some time to reflect on the children who never returned home, the survivors, the families, the communities, the intergenerational impacts of residential schools as well as how colonialism continues to harm.

We dedicate ourselves to moving forward in respectful relationships with Indigenous communities in a spirit of reconciliation and collaboration.
