It is that time again. The Friends of Rycroft Schools next casino will be on December 1 & 2 at the Great Northern Casino in Grande Prairie. We are starting to get the paperwork in order. If you think you might be able to help, please complete the form below and either drop off at the school or email the completed form to [email protected]. The casino money is used to support the school with field trips, purchasing classroom supplies and replacing equipment. Thank you.

This afternoon at 2:30pm we will say goodbye to 14 Kindergarten students and welcome those 14 students to grade 1 in September. A huge thank you to The Party Mom who donated to balloon decoration for both our Kindergarten Graduation and the Grade 8 Farewell.

Another busy week ahead! The Grade 5-8's will be going on their yearend field trip tomorrow. On Wednesday the Grades 1-8 will be attending the Ag Safety Day at the Rycroft Ag. grounds. Thursday our Kindergarten class will be saying goodbye until next year with a small graduation ceremony and the Grade 8's will be getting to know their fellow classmates for next year. Then in the evening the Grade 8 Farewell.
No school on Friday and yet another week is done.

Finals and P.A.T. exams will be taking place next week.

Today is the last hot lunch for the school year. What a year of great lunches! A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered to help prepare, organize, etc. It is truly appreciated!

Our plants have done amazing under the lights. We even have some flowers on our cucumber plant. Unfortunately our only one without lights did not do as good. We are going to thin out our jungle and see if we can get some others looking better.
