Our mandate is to provide diverse recreational programming for area residents in the Municipality of Russell-Binscarth.
The Russell & District Recreation Commission was formed through a partnership of the Municipality of Russell Binscarth and Municipality of Riding Mountain West. The partnership includes representation from Park West School Division and the Russell Agricultural Society. Mission:
• To provide recreational and leisure programming for area residents
• To assist with the development and maintenance
