That’s a Wrap on Drama Camp 2026!

A huge THANK YOU to Marina and Lauren from Calgary Young People’s Theatre for an incredible week of drama camp! We are so grateful for all the time, creativity, encouragement and energy you poured into our young performers. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who came out this afternoon to watch the plays! The room was full, and the kids absolutely loved having so many people there to see all their hard work come to life.

And of course, the biggest thank you goes to all of our amazing kids! You worked so hard all week, learned your lines, built your confidence, supported each other and put on two fantastic plays. We couldn’t be more proud of you!

What an amazing week it has been!

We are excited to have Miss Rodeo Rockyford attending our Show and Shine this Saturday.

I’m super excited to be attending the Rockyford Show & Shine and the Drumheller Rodeo this weekend! 🤍

It’s such an exciting feeling getting to start my reign as Miss Rodeo Rockyford 2026 and carry this crown to my first event outside of Rockyford!

And how lucky am I to get to spend my year travelling in this absolutely gorgeous saddle by DS Inspection?! It’s the perfect addition to this new chapter.

Get ready for a fantastic day at Rockyford Library’s Show & Shine this Saturday, August 15th, from 10am to 2pm! Bring your pride and joy and enter your vehicle for just $20, or come along as a spectator for free and enjoy everything the day has to offer. There will be food and drinks, live music, vendors, a 50/50, door prizes, and awards for the best vehicles in a variety of categories!

Best of all, 100% of the proceeds from vehicle admission, food and drinks, and the 50/50 will go directly back into Rockyford Library, helping us purchase new books and continue providing wonderful programs, events and activities for our community. Your support truly makes a difference and helps us keep the library thriving!

Bring your family and friends, enjoy a fun community day, check out some amazing vehicles, and help support your local library while you're at it.
