Horses Help Heal Hearts 💖
No words needed.
Be still… and feel what is real.
With horses, emotions are welcome and encouraged to move
grief, loss, trauma, or anything heavy the heart has been holding.
When feelings have a safe outlet, the body can soften and begin to heal.
Are you longing for a safe, quiet place to let go?

Fire Horse Medicine in Motion!
Watch closely as the gate has opened!
The lead horse usually comes through first with confidence. The rest fall in line running past in order of status, not chaos
This is herd wisdom in motion
Every horse has his place. Every role matters. community is essential.
This is Fire Horse Medicine in motion. It’s what we explore in my Fire Horse Medicine Retreats. How energy and boundaries, leadership and belonging shape our well being. My Wildhorse Herd shows us how to move with energy, clarity, respect and differences and still arrive together for what nourishes us. When we trust in the flow, and honour our place, abundance is waiting in the next field. DM if you are interested in a Fire Horse Medicine Retreat.
With love to all xxoo
When you’re left to stand on your own, you learn to rise resourceful and resilient. One month in, I’ve gained more than skills, I’ve gained confidence. I’ve learned to work gently and respectfully with Mabel and Matilda, my well-seasoned feed tractor and processor. We move with patience: thank you for letting me shift, easy now. The gears are worn, the throttle is eager, but together we’ve found our rhythm. What once felt intimidating is now empowering. I’m building strength, capability, and a whole new skill set and the horses, as always, are thrilled when the feed wagon arrives. Of course we have lots more snow but I just take each day as it come. Persistence pays off!
With love to All xxoo
