We had another awesome Effective Personal Productivity graduation in late July!
These incredible people made a commitment to invest in themselves. They leaned into the process, challenged old habits, developed new disciplines, and became more intentional in how they think, plan, prioritize, and execute.
And the results speak for themselves:
💪 Health & wellness: Participants made consistent time for physical activity, healthier eating, stress reduction, and personal well-being, including one participant achieving a 20-pound weight reduction goal.
⏰ Work-life balance: Leaders challenged the habit of simply working more, with participants successfully reducing and maintaining their workweeks at a maximum of 45 hours.
👥 Leadership & growth: Dedicated time was invested in staff supervision, training, skills development, policy knowledge, and preparing for greater leadership opportunities.
🚀 Business & entrepreneurship: Ideas moved forward through intentional time for creativity, product development, business planning, and the implementation of a new business and marketing strategy.
🏆 Organizational impact: Training manuals, program resources, and new frameworks were developed, work that will continue benefiting organizations and the people they serve.
❤️ Life outside of work: Participants also made meaningful time for family, personal interests, creativity, and activities that bring fulfillment and energy.
Perhaps the greatest successes weren't found on a goal sheet.
They were found in becoming more intentional about where their time goes, understanding the difference between being busy and being productive, and realizing that success in one area of life doesn't have to come at the expense of another.
Success is built through the small, consistent decisions we make every day.
That's the power of developing the right habits, maintaining a positive attitude, and staying committed to a clear vision.
Congratulations to each of our graduates and to Mel Kennah their LMI facilitator! At LMI Canada, we're excited to see where you're headed with your new habits, tools, and mindset.
☀️ Your future is brighter because of the decisions you made over the past several months. You've certainly earned this moment!
The journey doesn't end at graduation. In many ways, it's just beginning.
Keep living The Slight Edge. You are part of the Slight Edge Group family for life.
Congratulations again to these incredible humans:
