Bluewater District School Board, Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board, and Shared School Services are pleased to share that an agreement in principle has been reached with our bus operators. As such, student transportation will proceed as normal for the start of the school year in September!

✅ Important: Families must opt in for transportation for each child through the Edulog Parent Portal App. Students will not be assigned to a bus route unless this step is completed.

Thank you to our bus operators, staff, and families for your patience throughout this process. We're looking forward to a great start to the school year!

Together, Bluewater District School Board, Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board, and Shared School Services are working to ensure reliable student transportation for the beginning of the school year.

Despite our continued efforts, we have not yet reached a resolution with our bus operators. We want to be transparent with families: bus service may not be available for all students at the start of the school year in September. As a result, families should be prepared to arrange alternative transportation for their children if needed.

We recognize and understand the challenges this may present for our families and are committed to keeping families informed as this situation develops.

For those who like to be prepared ahead of time, we have attached a list of suggested school supplies for the upcoming school year!

Please note that these items are optional and are simply suggestions to help families who like to plan ahead. The school will provide all of the necessary supplies and materials students will need throughout the year.

School is officially closed for the summer! We hope all of our students and families enjoy a safe, relaxing, and fun-filled break.

Now is a great time to set up transportation for next school year.

Most school offices close after the first week of July and reopen in mid-August. Signing up early in the NEW Edulog Parent Portal app gives you time to ask questions and avoid delays.

Take a few minutes now to opt in to help Transportation plan and feel prepared for September.

A huge thank you to our Safe and Accepting Schools Team for partnering with talented art students from Ecole Kincardine District Senior School to create this beautiful mural. Their creativity and collaboration have transformed our gym into a welcoming space that reflects our school community.

A big thank you to Melissa Watson for her generous donation to support student initiatives at RHCS!
Melissa's community fundraiser raised an incredible $2,300, with proceeds shared among five local schools and childcare programs. We are so grateful to be one of the recipients.

As we wrap up another wonderful school year at RHCS, we want to take a moment to thank our students, staff, families, and community for all that you have done to make this year such a special one.

From field trips, sports, assemblies, learning celebrations, Raven Wow moments, Aladdin Jr., track and field, special events, and all the everyday learning in between, this year has been full of memories, growth, laughter, and so many reasons to be proud.

To our Grade 8 graduates, congratulations! We are so proud of you and all that you have accomplished. You will always be part of the Raven family, and we cannot wait to see all the great things you do next.

To our newest Ravens joining us in JK next year, welcome! We are so excited to have you begin your school journey with us.

Thank you, families, for your continued support, partnership, and encouragement throughout the year. We hope everyone has a safe, happy, and restful summer.
