Over the years I’ve seen how much difference the right tools and a little preparation can make for kids (and their parents) when life throws something new at them.

Lately I’ve been sketching out how to share that know-how beyond the hospital walls — simple, creative ways families can help kids cope and feel braver.

Nothing to show yet, but I’m excited to see where this goes.

Markets are done, the paint brushes are slowing down… and my brain won’t stop.

I’m sketching out a new online idea for parents who want to help kids with big feelings and new experiences.

Scootin’ through fall with my sidekick 🍂🛵🐾

Cool breeze, happy pup, and a basket full of attitude.

Who else is soaking up these fall days before winter takes over?

🏕️🌟 We are truly grateful for our health, the joy of being surrounded by our beloved family, and the wonderful times we spend together while camping. It's heartwarming to see the smiles on our kids' and grandkids' faces as they explore nature and make lasting memories with us. These moments are truly special and bring us so much happiness. 💚🌳✨
