Here it is, Feb 2nd 14 years after your leaving. So grateful for your 47 1/2 years with me and all of us; your fun, vitality, humour, intelligence, compassion, understanding, confidence, consideration, commitment to all of your living. Despite some big challenges, starting with temporary (although we didn't know it was temporary at the beginning) total paralysis below the neck. Composure, that's another virtue you exhibited. You lived so well and are missed so very much. By family....I heard from Tim, Dan, Brenda, Lynn, Jean, and I know I'll hear from more when I post this. Miss you my babe, special daughter.....so hope someday to see you again in a recognizable way, like an angel with wings!!!! or any way I can't yet imagine!

Recalling all the memories of 47 years, how lucky I was to have you my baby girl!

Wish we could put on some Jason Mraz and dance around the living room, or just sit and chat, just to have you close enough to wrap my arms around you in a big hug and never to let go.

Loving you so very much, missing you too, wishing reality had been different....yet I trust reality is truth.

It's hard to believe it's 9 years since we were last together in this world. Thinking of you my special one, remembering so many happy memories, funny happenings, and of course feeling the sadness of missing you in life here on earth. Dan and I went for a beach walk in your memory today and Lynn and Gerry and I had a reminising phone call sharing their and my memories.... focus on Catherine/Cathy. Hi to my favourite (and only) daughter....on this day, which was a Sunday, Aug. 2nd when you were born to Michael and me, 56 years ago, you brought such a keen presence, such fun, so much loving and a very bright spirit. What a gift you were and continue to be, although in angel form for the last 8 1/2 years. Just a thought and you're back with me, laughing, crying, singing, dancing, being you. Oh to give you a physical hug forever however for now remembering will have to do. Happy Birthday, love always, Mum
