Call for Presenters at the at the KPU Student Leadership Conference

Students from any discipline are invited to submit brief proposals to highlight their academic work and/or leadership involvement at the 5th annual KPU Student Leadership Conference in January 2013.

(Conference Day is Saturday January 26th, tickets required)
The “Spotlight on Student Leadership” Event will be Thursday January 24th on Surrey campus, free of charge and open to the public.

Students may apply to present via Poster, and/or brief (10-15 min) Oral Presentation at the Thursday “spotlight” event.
Presentations may be based on course assignments, or independent work (individual or team-based).

Themes for presentation may include:
a) Leadership for Social Change;
b) HIghlighting Student Leadership activity;
c) Leadership Perspectives/Models;
d) Other topics considering Leadership

Students who present at the pre-conference will receive:
a) Listing in the 2013 conference program and website;
b) Documentation of conference presentation;
c) Experience, networking opportunity and a great CV addition!

Limited space -- Submit your proposal before December 17th for guaranteed consideration.
Students submitting proposals will be informed of acceptance status within one week of submission.
