For classes/info contact us at [email protected] we're following worksafe bc's recommendations regarding the pandemic including:
1) mandatory face masks
2) temperature checks upon arrival
3) reduced class sizes
4) designated areas for individual students on and off the mats.
5) mats and equipment are sanitized after every class and more! At TMD Martial Arts our goal is to empower you to
revolutionize every aspect of your life. With this focus we have a unique approach to our instruction, classes, curriculum and even our style. We will provide you with the tools to transform your body, your state of mind and your emotional well-being. Founded 25 years ago, by Grandmaster Pyong Jin Jung, the Tong Moo Do program is a detailed curriculum that focuses on developing excellent Martial Artists who have big hearts, sharp minds, and strong bodies. We have taught children, youth, adults, and produce Martial Artists that will approach life with a confident and positive outlook. They will become better students at school (and in life), better listeners at home, and more ambitious towards the future. Especially beneficial for children as we believe that childhood influences have a great impact on people’s lives, and our program seeks to enhance positive development in a fun and motivating way in a supportive, safe environment.
