Outdoor raft-building provides education in sync with the natural learning trajectory of children: observation, research, problem-solving , creativity, effort, testing, failure, retesting, application, communication, collaborative evaluation and reflection. Indoor classroom environments simply cannot compare with the magical world of truly authentic  exploration.
