🎼A Creative & Engaging Teaching Approach
​My teaching combines structure, creativity, and play-based learning. Lessons are engaging and supportive while ensuring steady progress and enjoyment. Students will learn to:
-Develop foundational habits: Correct hand position, posture, and finger technique.
-Read and play with confidence: Learn to read music fluently, understand rhythm, and strengthen sight-reading and scale skills.
-Cultivate musicality and expression: Develop listening (aural) skills, musical sensitivity, and explore repertoire from different musical periods and styles.
-Understand the language of music: Deepen their knowledge of music theory, history, harmony, and musical structure.
-Express creativity: Explore improvisation and composition through creative activities. To build performance confidence and celebrate milestones, students are often encouraged to participate in recitals, exams, festivals, and competitions.

​Ultimately, I hope to integrate music as a key component of students' lives, and hopefully, their lives are enriched by music.

-具有20年以上教學經驗。教授不同年齡及程度的學生，從初學兒童到準備考試、比賽及公開演出的進階學生。
-安大略省註冊音樂教師協會(ORMTA) 會員。
-英國倫敦聖三一音樂學院鋼琴演奏文憑 LTCL, ATCL, 取得優異成績 (Distinction)。

-著重建立穩固的音樂基礎及全面音樂概念，包括正確手形與坐姿、節奏感訓練、鋼琴演奏技巧、音感培養、視譜能力、音樂理論、音樂歷史，以及音樂表達與演繹能力
-精選不同音樂時期及風格的作品，讓學生接觸多元化曲目，擴闊音樂視野與欣賞能力。
-課程內容涵蓋音階 (Scales)、樂理、視奏、聆聽 (Aural) 訓練、即興彈奏及作曲，培養全面音樂素養與創意。
-鼓勵學生參與比賽、演奏會及考試，建立自信心、舞台經驗及學習目標，享受音樂成長的成果與樂趣。
