We had a great time welcoming the author of Wee Bee and The Bee attitudes by Marcia Papa to our school today. It was a perfect way to celebrate Pink Shirt Day! The importance of moving throughout the classroom!
Después de realizar un gran proyecto de investigación sobre los efectos de caminar en las aulas y las escuelas, los investigadores de la Universidad de Illanois concluyeron que el movimiento (especialmente caminar) mejora la capacidad cognitiva, la creatividad y la capacidad de comprensión de un niño.
Sin embargo, en muchas aulas del mundo, nuestros niños tienen prohibido moverse, no pueden cambiar de asiento, seleccionar materiales o incluso ir al baño sin pedir permiso.
