Western is going to Nationals!
The boys put on a hell of a show on Sunday and it’s great for the USPA to have acknowledged that and given these boys the wildcard spot. We don’t know much in terms of schedule but the tournament starts April 5th until the 10th and will be played at Uconn.

What a weekend, The Western University Intercollegiate team of CJ Sifton, Andrew Begg, Kingsley Ward Jr., and Evan White Jr. played two outstanding games of polo this past weekend at the U.S.P.A. Regionals, held at Cornell University. On Friday night they played one of the favorite teams of the tournament, Roger Williams, and came back to win 16-15 after trailing at halftime 12-3. The boys then went on to play the Championship match on Sunday against Cornell, but we're unfortunately defeated in a shoot out after tying the game 15-15. We are waiting to hear from the USPA but The Western team may still get the 'wild card' spot to go to the Nationals at Uconn. The boys played extremely well together, and they were an excellent representation of Western University

The Western Boys traveled to Ithaca, New York last weekend to play a friendly against the Cornell Intercollegiate Varsity team . The team had a slow start to the game and fell behind early. Final score was 20-11. The boys will be back at it this weekend with practices at their home arena on Friday and Sunday.
