Paint Align The key to unlock your untapped potential Lies in the Creative Process of Intuitive Painting! Hi, I’m Rinat Moshe-Solnik, Intuitive Painting facilitator.

In the past ten years, I have participated in many teacher trainings and guided individuals of all ages, teacher and women’s groups in accessing their Fire within, Joy and Passion for Life through the healing tool of process-based painting! I believe we all have a great potential in us that longs to be unraveled and without realizing that potential, we lead a small, unfulfilled life! Though the Source of Creativity and Healing is a shared field, I guide and attune to each individual’s unique journey so that they can expand their Creativity and reach their Higher Potential. If you are interested in self-development, expanding your Creativity and spirituality, if you have tried many avenues in the past and you still feel alone in this, I’d be happy to accompany you in an unscripted Journey to discover your hidden capacities, to living life in awe and wonderment and to coming into wholeness! I believe with the right tools and guidance, anyone is capable of leading a fulfilling, meaningful and Passion-filled life!

What if painting wasn’t about making something good?

In intuitive painting, there’s nothing to prove and no outcome to reach.

The invitation is to notice what arises: a feeling, a sensation, an impulse and let it move through you and into the painting.

You don’t have to understand it.
You don’t even have to like it.

And when judgment, uncertainty, or the urge to control takes over, my role is to help you stay with what’s emerging rather than abandon the process.

Because the painting is where you practice something much deeper:

being with yourself in the unknown.

The hardest part isn’t always making the first mark.
Sometimes it’s staying with what comes next.

The unexpected colour.
The mark you want to cover up.
The impulse that makes no sense.
The moment you want to make the painting “better.”

This is where having someone hold the space can make a difference.

I’m not here to tell you what to paint or what your painting means. I’m here to help you stay in relationship with your own process — especially when the mind wants to take over.

You don’t need to know how to paint.
You only need to be willing to meet what emerges.
