The STEAM Project

The STEAM Project Providing children and youth programs that foster skills for human-centered innovation and technological design,

The STEAM Project was founded by three high school science teachers to help teach youth skills that will prepare them for an exciting future of scientific and technological innovation and give them practice in thoughtful, human-centred design. Our programs support and foster imagination and creativity by providing youth with hands-on experiences and skill development using various materials and new and emerging technologies. Our first principle is "Design with Purpose" which fosters empathy by focusing on solving problems aimed at benefiting and improving the lives of others.

Huge congratulations to our incredible Office Manager, Ailsa, and her family, Darren and Ethan, on welcoming their precious new baby, Evan! 🍼💛

Having just celebrated her 5-Year Service Award, Ailsa has truly been the heart of our office for the past 5 year. From keeping our makerspace running smoothly to supporting our campers, staff, and families every single day, she always goes above and beyond.

As Ailsa takes some well-deserved time away from the front desk to enjoy those sweet newborn snuggles, our entire TSP team is sending the growing family endless love and congratulations! 🌟✨

Leave a warm wish for Ailsa in the comments below, we’ll make sure she sees all of your wonderful notes! 👇👀
