Thank you Richmond Hill High School for welcoming be back! Amazing energy from the grade 9s and they learned so much in one week. Basic striking, escapes, how to fall and this semester loved throws and takedowns! If your School ought to add a self defence program, get in touch and we can make a program that works for you!

Hope everyone had a great holiday and is adjusting well to 2026! Get your schedules organized to continue training from next week! Looking forward to seeing everyone back and helping any newcomers with their goals

Another great year thanks to our loyal students, parents and instructors. So proud of everyone's accomplishments this year. Life will always do it's own thing, but training teaches us to control what we can; ourselves.

Special thank you to my Sensei and training partners for helping me achieve my next rank and for all you have taught me. A beginners mindset keeps me humble and ready to learn so I can give back to my next generation of students.
