Congratulations to everyone who earned a new belt or stripes! 👊 You’ve put in the hours, pushed through the tough rounds, and continued to show up. Take a moment to appreciate how far you’ve come, because every step forward is earned on the mats!

But let’s be honest — the real test starts after the promotion.

Your belt doesn’t make you tough. Your attitude does.
Your rank doesn’t define you. Your work ethic does.
And nobody cares how good you used to be if you stop putting in the work today.

🥋 The rounds you struggle through build your game.
🔥 The taps you take teach you where you need to improve.
💪 The days you show up tired, sore, and stressed build discipline.
👊 The teammates who challenge you are helping you grow, even when it doesn’t feel like it.

Remember, we’re not all on the same journey. Some of us progress faster than others. Some have more time to train, while others balance work, family, and everyday responsibilities.

Don’t compare your chapter to someone else’s. Just keep turning up and putting in the work.

Leave your ego at the door. Be willing to learn from lower belts. Challenge the higher belts. Help the newer students. And never forget what it felt like when you were the one who didn’t know what you were doing.

We’re here to build each other up, sharpen our skills, and become better grapplers — and better people — along the way.

Your promotion recognizes the work you’ve already done. What you do next is up to you.

Keep showing up.

Big congratulations to all our young warriors who earned their next belt today, and to everyone who earned new stripes! 👊❤️ You’ve all put in the work, and you deserve to be proud of what you’ve accomplished!

But remember something important: your belt is a reward for your progress, not a reason to stop growing.

🥋 Every class you attend builds discipline.
💪 Every tough round builds resilience.
🔥 Every mistake teaches you something new.
👊 Every time you get back up after struggling, you become stronger.

So proud and impressed by this guy !! Dean Arseneault joined our club 2 months ago with no grappling experience and right off the bat I could this guy was a beast!! Trains hard every class gives it everything he has and always wanting to learn more. After 2 month in with limited experience and a will to win, learn and keep improving decided to test himself in his first grappling super fight versus a bigger and more experienced opponent. Fought a very hard battle and escaped so bad situations in this match and ended up getting caught at 8 min45 seconds in. What a battle and what a way to represent our club!!! Great match and big things to come from this guy 🔥

Congratulations to one of our juvenile athletes Delson Dedam on competing today at his first super fight at the East coast fight series and dominating his match and winning by points. Crazy entertaining! Lots of high level wrestling takedowns and dominating in position most of the match🔥 What a way to represent the club!!! Proud of you buddy!!!
