Another successful trip to RMR!
A few highlights:
- riding the coveted yellow gondola
- completing the split rock hike
- learning the difference between a marmot, ground squirrel and pika..chu

Maggie stepped into the lead educator role this past year and has kept things organized and efficient! She loves spending time outside with the children, exploring nearby trails and being silly!

Today we had a Family Favourites/ Heritage Potluck. It was so much fun and great to see what the children wanted to bring.

We usually make slime with white glue. Today we tried Guar Gum slime. We kept hearing "snot" and "boogers" over and over again. We will definitely do this again. An hour and a half later, there are still children playing with the "goo, goo."

The dinosaurs were in lava! We mixed ketchup and cornstarch. It smelled like canned spaghetti.

We have started to make decorations for our Caribou Kids Canada Day Float. What do you think our theme will be?

It's so fun to take the bus to a different park! We went to Columbia Park School.

We are a little obsessed! Snails have no ears, have a foot but no legs, and have calcium in their shell for birds to eat and make egg shells.

Lindy has been with us since 2020, not sure what we would do without her creativity, silliness and annual April Fools pranks, and her wealth of knowledge! Her authentic impromptu guidance brings ease to our days.
