Join Jade Berrill - S*xual Health Educator for a 4 part series on S*xual and Relationship Health for folks with disabilities and their families and caregivers. All are invited to join for this myth busting, shame removing learning experience to support self or those in our lives with disabilities to better understand sexual health as a pillar of overall wellbeing. This is the S*x Ed you wish you had in school or at home. This series will offer opportunities for anonymous questions, practising and normalizing sexual health conversations and learning how we can all improve our sexual and relationship health as we learn together.

Week 1: Bodies, Changes & S*xual Health Across the Lifespan
Focus: Understanding anatomy, aging, disability, and sexual wellness

Week 2: Consent, Boundaries & Healthy Relationships
Focus: Communication, autonomy, and safety

Week 3: Intimacy, Identity & Inclusive S*xuality
Focus: S*xual expression, orientation, gender, and self-esteem

Week 4: Practical Skills & Support Systems
Focus: Access, resources, and real-life application
