Saint John Yoshinkan Aikido

Apologies for not updating this page sooner, but the Saint John Yoshinkan Aikido dojo is currently on a hiatus. Please check back in September 2026.

We have now moved to a temporary location in Renforth, NB. If you are interested in joining this wonderful martial art, please message for more information

Please note that Monday & Thursday evening class times have changed to 6:00-7:30.
No change to Sat morning classes (10:30-noon).

No Classes on Saturday Remembrance Day (Nov 11), nor on Monday (Nov13) observed holiday.

Also we will be moving to a new location (temporary) later this month. More details to follow.

Summer break🌞 nearing an end, which means the regular Aikido class schedule will soon start back up (Mon & Thu 5:30-7:00pm, Sat 10:30-noon). Due to Instructors availability, classes will recommence on Thu Sep 14th. See you on the mats!

We are on the Summer Schedule, classes on Mon & Thu only (5:30-7:00pm). Sat classes will resume back in the Fall.

There will be no class tonight (Monday Jan 30, 2023). See you Thursday!

Congratulations to Raiden for an excellent grading tonight to 8th Kyu. Thanks to Pablo for assisting in the grading.

Monday Oct 11 is a holiday and so there will be no class then. Also, given the additional COVID-19 “circuit breaker” restrictions imposed by the NB government for the entire province for the Thanksgiving weekend, we thought it would be prudent to cancel the Saturday Oct. 9th class as well.

Classes will resume on Thursday Oct 14th.
