In the first months of lockdown – I fell back into my patterns of overworking and burning myself out – Through the work of the Enneagram I came back to understanding the importance of expressing my heart - setting healthy boundaries for myself – and asking for support.

All the Enneagram Types have taught me ways to respond to moment as it is.  Grounded in my body, taking action (or rest), with an open heart, and a quiet mind I acknowledge life is not easy and at the same time it is so rich.

I’m excited to be working with Pamela and all who sign up to be part of our course – allowing each of us to step fully into our own lives.

Today is the last day for our extended early bird discounts.  Copy this link into your browser if you are looking to step fully into your life:  https://bit.ly/2JMUIsH

We are so much more than our ego structures. We are so incredibly intuitive. We selectively listen to our intuition because we get caught in the loop of our stories.

Surface level thinking can only carry us so far. Then we must trust something deeper within.

There is a path forward. We will be talking more about this in our Enneagram Course: https://bit.ly/2JMUIsH

Overwhelm most likely means we are carrying too much. This Enneagram Type 9 speaks to how carrying too much in our head center can cause sleepless nights and a loss of functioning in some way. It’s important for Pamela and I to create a safe space in this next cohort to do the deep work. Come join a small community of others who understand the courage it takes to commit to transforming your life.

“When I face an anxious situation I often feel overwhelmed, I will overthink the situation which often results in sleepless nights and inability to move on.”  My first inclination is to avoid feeling anything. I will use distractions like food, tv, computer games and not listen to my body. I’ve learnt that decisive action, if possible, is the best solution for my anxiety. However, it's an evolving process as I still fall into the pattern of avoidance in stressful situations.

The isolation can feel really real for our withdrawn types (9, 4, 5) and it can sneak up on us.  Our Enneagram patterns are powerful.  It takes awareness and practice to see clearly.  Our deep discount ends December 18 - we would love for you to take up space in our cohort.

“I experience anxiety like a constant shifting between all my body parts. Nothing stays still, so I often don't make eye contact.”

Another type 4 experience: "Dealing with social decisions around Covid has at times been difficult for me because I feel sure others will judge me for the decisions I make about how to interact with people during this time."

This Enneagram Type 5 gives us a flavor of how the experience of anxiety contributes to feeling isolated.

“Anxiety takes me into a place where I feel insecure, incompetent, unable to connect with others and I resist feeling anything in my body.”

We have some spaces left in our Enneagram introduction course that launches in January 2021:  https://bit.ly/2JMUIsH
