HSD Hockey School

Our goal is to provide a fun environment to develop the skills required for hockey, as well as off the ice conditioning.

PURPOSE:
To provide a fun environment, as well to develop skills required for hockey. Skills taught include: Power Skating, passing, shooting, team play, defense/offense play. Conditioning is part of the daily on and off ice programs. Also introduction to body contact using safe progressive methods. TIMES:
8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Two ice sessions daily
Dryland training daily
