Did you know our Maskihkiy Kistikan (Medicine Garden) on Rae Street is a Community Collaboration Urban Gardening Project to decrease food security in our community?

This Medicine Garden has the helping hands of You Should Garden, Metis Nation, University of Regina, & Wellness Wheel 🌱

Yet there we were weeks later with a resilient and flourishing garden. She could not believe it.

Let this be a lesson to all of us ❤️

Everything needs support to grow with an environment conducive to flourishing. We aim to provide that support to people, families, and communities to flourish by responding to community needs in areas such as food security, HIV, prenatal care, & Elder support.
