09/21/2026
As we begin the 2026–27 diving season, we are inviting all families to attend an important Regina Diving Club Parent Information Session.
We strongly encourage all families with divers from Water Beetles (group F) through Group B, including Development, Novice, and National streams, to attend one of the two sessions. Whether your family is brand new to diving or has been with the club for several years, the session will provide important information about the sport of diving, how our club operates, and what families can expect throughout the season.
Please choose one of the following sessions to attend:
Saturday, September 26
9:30–10:30 a.m.
Aquatic Centre Classroom
*** Please note this session might be squishy (the room is smaller but we will do the best we can with what we have)
Tuesday, September 29
5:00–6:00 p.m.
Fieldhouse – Classroom 2
Topics will include:
Understanding the different levels and pathways within diving
How divers progress from introductory programs through Novice and National levels
Training expectations and the role of dryland and water training
Diving competitions and what families can expect at a meet
How qualification and advancement in the sport work
Communication between coaches, athletes, and families
Regina Diving Club policies, expectations, and club operations
Volunteer involvement and the important role families play in the club
Opportunities and expectations throughout the 2026–27 season
Where to find information and who to contact when you have questions
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
Having families understand both the sport of diving and how the Regina Diving Club operates helps us create a positive and successful experience for our athletes, coaches, and families. We ask that every family make every effort to have at least one parent or guardian attend one of the two sessions.
We look forward to seeing you there and to a great season ahead!
