Last week we had a Q&A with Jason Craven from NexGen Energy Ltd. We had some great questions, thank you for sharing your knowledge with the students of UofR! ⛏️ 🪨

The international field trip to Colombia was a success!
Huge thank you to Dr. Maria Velez and Monica Cliveti from the Earth Science department as well as UR International for making this trip possible.
We got to learn about Colombia's geomorphology, walk through the crater of the famous Cerro Machin volcano, practice some stratigraphy, look for fossils, and of course learn about and enjoy the culture!
