We spend countless hours training our bodies. But how often do we train our minds?

Mental skills arenโ€™t something we only work on when thereโ€™s a problem. Just like physical, technical and tactical skills, they can be understood, practiced and developed.

During this interactive workshop, Urลกa Terdin will explore confidence, focus, performance anxiety and performing under pressure, with practical tools and self-reflection applicable to competition, belt testing, coaching and everyday practice.

๐Ÿฅ‹ Professional expertise in sport psychology
๐Ÿฅ‹ Firsthand experience in ITF Taekwon-Do & Kickboxing

For the 3rd Adapted World Cup, taking place alongside the ITF World Cup 2026 in Benidorm, Spain, the ITF has introduced a series of measures to make participation more accessible than ever before.

โœ… No registration fee
โœ… No accreditation fee
โœ… No minimum stay requirement
โœ… Open to practitioners of all grades
โœ… Everything on one day, from registration to competition and medal awards

The entire Adapted World Cup will take place on Wednesday, 30 September 2026. The full updates are available here: https://itftkd.sport/event/adapted-world-cup-2026/
