Flux Movement
Move Beyond Fitness. Move Beyond Exercise. Move. As our name suggests, we are a school dedicated to the study, practice and research of human movement.
We strive to create a collective body that is open to tackling new movement challenges - bodies and minds that are both adaptable and resilient. [email protected]
Skill development is important in parkour but we have found that it is through play that movement intuition is nurtured.
We try to “gameify” many of our skills so that learning happens as a result of the conditions we try to create. Yes, we teach, but we also foster an environment where kids figure things out on their own.

Winter Gathering
Date: March 13-16
Location: Aski Holistic Adventures, Saskatchewan River Delta
Price: $997.00 plus GST
OVERVIEW
Join Michelle Brass and Darci Anderson, in collaboration with Michela Carrière of Aski Holistic Adventures, for a 4-day immersive winter wellness retreat on the land.
This gathering invites participants to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect — with themselves, each other, and the natural world — during the most introspective season of the year.
Together, we explore wellness grounded in winter teachings, land-based practices, and community care.
Winter is the season for rest, reflection, and resilience. Wrapped in snow and silence, we create space to be present, grounded, and supported.

A very small glimpse into the movement and health collaboration between Flux Movement and the staff of the YWCA
Our collaboration began with the premise that vulnerability and response-ability are both conditions of love and care
Collective laughter edges and wedges hard days and hard battles
In this space, movement happens to the beat of unmuted advocacy and sharp analysis
I love every minute of it
