COUNTABLE means you can count the noun. E.g. I bought three apples.
Apple is a countable noun.

UNCOUNTABLE means you can't count it.
E.g. ❌ I bought three fruit.
✅ I bought fruit.
✅ I bought some fruit.

E.g.
❌ I have ten moneys.
✅ I have some money.
✅ I have ten dollars.
