There's still room in our Self Defence classes at the Cathedral Neighbourhood Centre. Classes are geared for adult and teens though we can accommodate younger students if they are accompanied by older family members. Family pricing is available.

The training will focus on Basic Practical Self Defence, personal protection and getting into better physical shape to defend yourself and your family.

We have a Self Defence course coming up at the Cathedral Neighbourhood Centre starting May 30. It runs to June 27. The class is $99 and family pricing is available.

Training will focus on Basic Practical Self Defence, personal protection and getting into better physical shape to defend yourself and your family.

Classes are geared for adult and teens. Children ages 8 years old must train with a family member over 12 years.
