Everyone is welcome to join the Regina Catholic Schools Teachers' Association at the 🌈 Pride Parade on Saturday, June 13, 2026 @ 12:00 PM 🌈

All staff and families are welcome to walk with us in support, solidarity, and celebration with our 2SLGBTQIA+ community.

Due to safety and traffic mitigation changes by the Regina Police Service and the city, the parade will follow a new looped route in Wascana Park.

Key Details:
⭐ Check-in location: behind the Conexus Arts Centre
⭐ Route will move down 23rd Ave, turn north up Albert Street, pass the Legislative Building, and go back into Wascana Park along Lakeshore Drive
⭐ Staging Time: 9:00-11:00 AM
⭐ Parade Start: 12:00 PM sharp, all participants must be in place by 11:30 AM
⭐ Position #15 between with RPSTA & PVTA
⭐ Parade ends between 1:30–2:00 PM
⭐ Disassembly & exit area: Lakeshore Drive, just south of Hill Blvd

Whether you support the tentative agreement, have concerns, or are still undecided, we encourage you to:

Thank you for taking the time to engage in this important decision for our membership. Please see the timeline below for upcoming dates and opportunities to participate.

Following an additional round of nominations, no candidates came forward for the position of RCSTA President. In accordance with Article VI.A.2 of the RCSTA Constitution, Vice President Jillian Laursen will assume the duties of RCSTA President for the 2026-2027 school year.

We are excited for Jillian to bring her hard work, dedication, experience, and creativity to this position. Her willingness to step forward and serve the Association in this important leadership role ensures continuity of leadership and allows the RCSTA to move forward in a manner consistent with our Constitution.

After decades of inspiring students, supporting colleagues, and making a difference in Regina Catholic Schools, it's time to trade report cards for travel plans and staff meetings for coffee dates. ☕✈️

Many of you began your teaching careers when Friends was must-see TV, students listened to music on CDs (or cassette tapes!), and "Googling it" wasn't even a thing. You've navigated everything from overhead projectors to SmartBoards, dial-up internet to AI, all while keeping faith, learning, and student success at the heart of your work.

Thank you for your years of dedication, compassion, and service. May your retirement be filled with joy, adventure, and absolutely no Sunday-night lesson planning! 😄

God bless you as you begin this exciting new chapter. You have truly made a lasting impact on generations of students and families. ❤️🍎

A great evening of learning, connection, and professional growth at the STF's What's In It For Me? event!

Teachers in their first 10 years had the opportunity to learn more about their STF membership, explore the supports available to them, ask questions, and connect with colleagues from across the profession.
