We recently opened our doors to the new Child and Youth Trauma Research Incubator (ThRIve) lab, thanks to support from the Canadian Foundation for Innovation, the Office of the Vice President (Research), and the Faculty of Social Work.

This lab will allow us to conduct research across Canada with other partner labs, bringing together researchers, practitioners, community partners, and students across multiple disciplines and walks of life, both physically and virtually.

We are proud to announce that the University of Regina with the Child Trauma Research Centre have been selected as the inaugural recipient of the Jim Pattison Children's Hospital Foundation Provincial Maternal and Pediatric Research Fund. This funding allows us to continue to grow with and for the province of Saskatchewan in our goal to mitigate and prevent the short-term and long-term impacts of childhood trauma.

We are so grateful to the Jim Pattison Children's Hospital Foundation and to everyone who has supported us over the years. The CTRC, as it is today, would not be possible without the support from the University of Regina, our fierce supporters, and those with whom we have worked since our inception in 2020.
