The purpose of this study is to better understand the effects of exercise on suicidal ideation.

Our objective is to determine whether different types of exercise reduce thoughts of suicide. This study account is not actively monitored, if you're in crisis please call the Crisis Hotline at 306-525-5333 or dial 9-1-1 for emergency services.
