🦖🚌 Royal Saskatchewan Museum Excursion 🚌🦖
Our preschoolers had a wonderful adventure at the Royal Saskatchewan Museum! We started our day by walking to the bus stop and riding the city bus to the museum. The children were very excited and enjoyed greeting the bus driver, looking out the windows, and talking with their friends during the ride. At the museum, we practiced road safety by using the pedestrian crossing and waiting for the walking signal before crossing the street. Inside, the children explored the dinosaur exhibits, including the famous Scotty the T. rex, and loved hearing the dinosaur roar. They also enjoyed the 3D dinosaur colouring activity, discovered Saskatchewan animals such as bison, moose, bears, snakes, and fish, watched a short biodiversity movie, and explored interactive exhibits. After all the exploring, we enjoyed a snack of juice, Timbits, and oat bars before taking the bus back to daycare. It was a fantastic day filled with learning, curiosity, fun, and many happy memories. I hope the children enjoy sharing their favourite parts of the trip with you at home! 😊
