📣 Track & Fun Day Rescheduled

Due to the forecasted weather, Track & Fun Day AND Hot Dog lunch has been postponed to Wednesday.

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Students should attend school as usual on Monday, and regular classes will continue throughout the day. Bring a lunch Monday.

⚾ Jays Care at FHV! ⚾

Mr. Ames had the exciting opportunity to launch the very first Jays Care program at our school! Over the past five weeks, he worked with a select group of Grade 2 students, helping them develop their baseball skills while building confidence, teamwork, and a love for being active. Through fun games, engaging activities, and plenty of laughter, the students worked hard, learned new skills, and had a great time together.

A big congratulations to Mr. Ames and all of the students for a fantastic first season of Jays Care! We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Jays Care Foundation for their generous sponsorship and for providing our students with this incredible opportunity. We can't wait to see the program continue to grow at FHV! ⚾💙

The Red Deer Public Library’s Summer Reading Club is back with dino-sized fun for kids ages 3–12! From obstacle courses and fossil digs to face painting and cool treats, this kick-off party is the perfect way to start a summer full of adventures and books.

Our Lost and Found collection is the largest we've ever seen! Parents, please stop by to look through it and encourage your children to take a good look as well.
